Floating House In Mountains Glitch

Im playing TES IV Oblivion. I have this werid glitch that there is a floating house in the mountans. I can't seem to get rid of it. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled but that didn't work. This is very frustrating because I am trying the roleplay as an Imperial Adventurer, and the floating house is annoying for roleplaying. Please help ASAP. Thanks.

Yeah, but i turned all of them off and the house was still there. It's werid. @Pluto
