I beat up some bandit chief or something and he goes to the ground and shouts that he yields, or some such. so I put my weapon away, walk off, and five seconds later he's attacking me again as if he didnt only have 10 health left.

Am I doing something wrong?

Not without a mod. I think I recall seeing one, but I don't remember a name.
