I've never run across this, but after buying the land for Heljarchen Hall, my character finally visited and planned on only building the small house. The problem: the game is not recognizing that the drafting table was used and won't progress to letting me build. The cursor, and journal, stay at the drafting table. Anybody know how to fix this? I don't have to have the house, but it's annoying!

My first thought was about advancing the quest with a console command. But it sounds like your quest has advanced, it is just that the Drafting Table will not allow you to build.

What happens when you click on the drafting table? Do you interact with it at all?

It's a definite pita. I can click on the drafting table and it will open, but there's nothing in the menu. I must have a mod conflict somewhere, but after going over and over my list, I surely can't find it. My brain is now a bit fried, so I will look again when I'm not so ready to sceam, lol. Like I said, I don't need it, but it's gone from annoying to extremely annoying that I can't find the issue.

EDIT: Arthmoor replied back very fast, so I guess if I cannot find the conflict I will ask in the mods section next. Just thought maybe somebody here had run into this and I could get a quick fix. Thanks!
