Plenty of stuff to choose from when it comes to females, but how about mods including some sixy male haircuts? Nexus was very scarce with results. I was only able to find throttlekitty's hair pack, vanilla hair replacer which is just a texture improver, and apachii wigs which mostly don't look like haircuts for men, or are... too "modern", to put it nicely. Any clues would be greatly appreciated!

DustinFlan on the nexus converted a few hairs, mostly for male characters but they work fine on anything. Some are a bit modern though. http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/45279/?, but he's done others.

I'm pretty sure you have to add them to races yourself though.
