With the updating of big mods like Climates of Tamriel and Frostfall I've decided to start anew. I havnt really played in about 6 months and I'm trying to put together a game.

With Mod Organizer I started a new profile with new .ini's, basically a fresh start. I just loaded up the graphics mods I usually used like Skyrim 2k (1k version) and a few misc. ones. I run DynDoLod on high and a ENB that I customize with no AO and basically some color tweak, shadows, water and cloud shadows.

In all areas I tested and tweaked my enb to match CoT 5 I encountered micro stutter and in interiors I go from about 50 FPS to 20 FPS with ENB enabled. I also use ELFX but I dont think that's causing the issue because it only happens with ENB enabled.

I cant post my load order atm but it's around 60 atm.

I know atm I'm not giving much info to go on but what typically causes these issues with Skyrim?
