Character creation menu issue : V

Hi,

When I get to the character creation part, I'm unable to click on the top menu options (body, head). I'm also unable to press ESQ or use the WASD keys to get to the 'body' or 'head' selections.

Already tried to disable the 360 gamepad and re-install the game. Didn't help.

Game version: 1.9.32.0.8

mods? Verify game cache?

No mods. How do I verify cache? And what do I do if that doesn't help?
