Found an early level Fat Man location : Fallout 4

Go to the Federal Ration Stockpile. It is barely southwest of Sanctuary and almost directly south of the Sunshine Tidings Co-Op. Make your way inside the location and it will be where it is in the video.

There is also one at the Robotics Disposal Ground, which is north-east of Sanctuary. It's icon is a pile of three cars, and it is very close to the east edge of the lake that Sanctuary sits in. The Fat-man is on one of the cars near the inactive sentry bot.

There is also a set of Power armor at a crashed Vertibird just to the east of it.

I found a fatman in Lexigton. a raider shot me with it near Converga

I just came across that one too. Not good that raider bosses have Fat Mans and Power Armor
