Sooo I've been playing this game. And want to actually have some fun. So when I press the tilde key ' ~ ' or ' ` ', nothing happens. It works according to some friends on Steam, but It will not open for me.

for me "?" works on German Layout.

I got it open by hitting ' (same key as @), on a UK layout keyboard.

I actually found that the ' key opens it up. For some reason.
