Made up a rough concept for a Expanded dialogue mod

Hey there, I want to see what you guys think about the prospect of a mod that expands the existing dialogue wheel in-game. While the in-game dialogue does work pretty well, I think that the absence of speech checks and encounters related to skills (like convincing Dynamite Pete to use his explosives to help defend Goodsprings, or using your medic skills to save dying NCR soldiers, as example of skill checks in dialogue, and skill checks in situations.), and dialogue options related to your S.P.E.C.I.A.L attributes.

Honestly, I think what would explain my concept best is simply by getting to the point and showing you the mindmaps I've created showing off what I mean.

Pretty chill, nice idea. I always thought the main issue with the dialogue was not the actor or anything, but the sheer lack of responses and the lackluster ones you can choose from.
