Effective armor in Fallout 4, generally, looks bad. The piecemeal armor system is kind of terrible, and all the armor looks like differently covered sports equipment strapped to your body. There is an armor mod that can be applied to a very small selection of outfits that you can unlock through a quest that gives them decent defenses. I wasn't satisfied with the selection, so I made this mod.
Adds some more equipment to the list of things that can accept the Ballistic Weave armor modification.
