Does the physical copy of fallout 4 come with the 1.1.21 update or do I need to download it? Thanks in advance

Any updates will have to be downloaded and if it's released yet it will be a 500MB update(PS4)

You will have to download, not on disc, and expected to be 500MB on PS4.
