Now this looks like power armor. Look how big they are.

Thats pretty sweet. Saw the trailer yesterday and I have to say. The power armor looks really bulky and pretty detailed. XD

it would be interesting if it really is that big in game. It would lead to potentially fun dungeon building experiences. Build a dungeon where power armor doesn't fit in some paths.

So either you strip out of your armor, or take a far more dangerous path..

Now... will they actually make power armor be powerful instead of just look powerful? The DR system with no DT to make small guns pointless against them just didn't work. FO3's power armor was anemic because of that. FONV's was anemic because it had too much DT for its weight and movement encumbrance compared to lighter armors, and not enough DT to effectively resist the BFGs.

They need to go the FONV route and make DT the main damage mitigation system for armor but also have DR as a bonus effect on the really heavy stuff (like power armor). But, seeing that balancing has always seemed an afterthought for BGS games, I'm not holding my breath on that.

Agree,i must say that the power armor was pretty underwhelming in F3, where you could kill a Enclave soldier with power armor with a hunting rifle.

I hope they fixed this.

Power armored massacres will feel truly destructive if they really make it that big. Also notice that the Minigun has ditched the ugly backpack!

Very much agreed.

I love the way the new armor looks, I hope it's only able to be damaged by hitting certain parts, Like in vats or something. So you would have to find a weakness in the suit.

Love how bulky it is.

Actually seems like an exo-skeleton.

yeah, looks pretty good. I would like to hear some clanking or the sound of the armor propelling you as you walk, that would be really satisfying.

I think my main worry about the power armor is finding it and repairing it as paying a merchant loads of caps to repair it because I couldn't find a matching suit to do so.
