You might have to reinstall honestly. There's not much you can do to fix it on console.
None of my 3 game saves will load either. Game crashes in loading and re-starts it's-self -______- c'mon guys. Tried removing the update, re-installed the game. Same thing happens.
Reinstall does not fix the problem. I just did and I'm still having the same issue.
Same problem.
First time starting it up, no problem. Second time, the game loads indefinitely at the title screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing.
Since I'm not the only one at least we know this is a bug and not just bad luck. I'm holding out hope Bethesda can fix this.
I too experienced this problem today, with the never-ending loading screen.
Believe it or not, the problem was fixed by quitting the game then powering off and unplugging my XB1 for a minute or so. I had tried quitting the game (to eliminate any potential 'resume' issue) and that didn't work. But unplugging it did, though I dislike the explanation and it could be a coincidence.
Try starting a new game and then loading your save manually from in there.
This worked with infinite loading screens in earlier Fallouts, so it's worth a shot.
I have done everything that bethesda said to do and everything i have found in these forums and i still cant get the game started. All i ever get is looping at the red rocket station, or the green circle in the corner after i try to start. My console is up to date. I have a disc not digital. Anybody know what to try next?
So far I've had no eternal load issue if I log into my profile BEFORE launching Fallout. I suspect it's part of the authentication or game data synch that causes the hang, though I would have to duplicate the problem and pull a packet capture to verify.
Also, correlation does not equal causation, so grain of salt.
