What platform are you going to play on?

Your machines fine. I honestly dont know anything about your graphics card though. I use nvidia cards myself. You need to find the exact model number of the card to determine what youll be running the game at once specs are released.

You will be able to game on that machine for many years to come, with only ever having to upgrade the graphics card if you want to stay on ultra settings depending on what resolution you have.

I have an older i7 cpu thats about 6 years old and have only upgraded my graphics card and I play witcher 3 max at 1080. I dont plan on byying a new cpu for a few more years. Your cpu is way better than mine. Your fine, again though check on the graphics card thats all youll ever need to upgrade for the next 6 years imho.

I'd like to play Fallout 4 on PC but likely it is not coming to PC, sadly.

PC. I'm a PC gamer through and through and love the modding aspect. Already got it preordered in fact on Steam.

PC... I need my script extenders and advanced tools. Besides, I doubt it's 1080p@60fps on consoles. And I don't really game on consoles. So... yeah... PC...

Confirmed it's 1080p/30fps on consoles, from the Fallout facebook page.

I'll be on PC, too, most likely.

The game IS coming to PC, it is also coming to PS4 and XBox1 .. We are almost at post count.. Please stop now.. I want votes and you can't vote anymore when they lock the post..

Make another post if you really feel it is not coming to PC..

Steam = PC !!

Thanks for replying and setting my mind at ease. I wasn't sure how well my system was. I couldn't get the exact model number of my GPU from my computer; I ended up going back to the NewEgg forums to find the thread that I'd gotten my build from. Turns out that my GPU is an AMD Radeon HD 7850 Crossfire. Annoying that I had to go on an archive dive to find it, but at least I know. I'm going to make a note of all the parts in my system for future reference.

Anyway, as far as the OP goes, I'll vote PC, as that's what I hope to run, but I may have to settle for XB1 when the specs are finally released.

X-Box One, it's pretty much the reason why I bought the console.

I've been in a horribly tense debate with my self on the acquisition of a new computer to run this next Bethesda installment. I'm currently crossed between the current generation Asus G751 series or waiting to purchase a G752 later this fall... However I'm afraid a undetermined release date on the Asus G752 will force my hand into a G751 to make sure that I'll have the ability to visit Boston on day 1

I'll get FO4 when I get a xb1, which won't be until I can move and pay off some debts. So maybe sometime in February or March.
