Same problem here. Titan x's and Asus Swift 144Hz Monitor g-sync. This needs to be fixed. Stuff like this is directly related to multi platform gaming. Console ported to pc. Bathesda, Please stop doing this to your loyal PC supporters. Fix this

Ok Been testing this since release. I found that if I stand to the side and click the terminals IT WORKS. I can leave the terminal when I am done. If I click it from the front I get stuck again when leaving. I have done this over and over again since my last post on 2 machines. Everything set at default. No ini config, no refresh reduced. 144HZ Full screen G-sync enabled. Please try and let me know if it works for you.\

Edit: Only seems to work at the wall mounted terminals. Seated terminals still do it. For now I set everything back to default and am using the button on my ROG Swift monitor to change to 60Hz when I go in to terminals and back to 144Hz once I'm done. Not optimal but I can play with all the Buttery smooth G-sync 144Hz goodness on.

Thank you so much!

It worked for me, I have to say that you must stay exactly on the side, like on 90° in front of the side of the monitor, few degrees less and it's still buggy

This is a good workaround for the moment, so I can keep gsync and vsync on, with 144HZ !

Thumbs up for you man!

See my Edit to my post. Some of the seated ones do not work for me so I now am just using the button on the monitor to switch to 60HZ when I go into a terminal and when I'm done click the button back to 144Hz.

Happening to me as well

780ti

144hz gsync monitor

Really needs to be fixed, shouldn't have to deal with a 2015 AAA release that's unplayable because your fps is too high. Ridiculous.

As i wander the wasteland, my only fear is that i encounter a terminal for quest progression..wait i must save before i touch one of those tainted contraptions. Not happy with massive bug, it truly has broken my experience/enjoyment as a whole, my fault for picking hacking perks i guess. currently stuck at kelloggs terminal, but after reading the border-less windowed mode i will attempt that for now. tried all ini settings and ref rates from 60-120, nothing worked.

Now i need to search why i go stealth when im at a standstill crouching..this just compounds my frustration
