Ok so here goes....

I picked up the game yesterday once I got off work and it downloaded the update and installed fine. Once it finished and went to the main menu (press any button...) I press a button and the menu is extremely choppy and I can't move up and down. The only thing I can do is press new game. Not a big deal. But when I start a new game it plays about 2-3 seconds of the first cut scene then freezes and says the game data is corrupted and to try a reinstall. So I deleted everything and tried it... Same thing. I eventually called Playstation and have talked to about 5 people including a supervisor. They had me rebuild the database, do a power cycle, switch out the disc, and eventually initialize my PS4. I have installed the game about ten times or more already. I even bought a digital copy too, hoping it was just the disc. Nope still doesn't work (But PS is refunding me for that supposedly).

Since I've initialized my ps4 (It's the last thing I tried) the game wont even install. It goes to the "please wait" screen and cuts out and says the application can't be started. A friend of mine suggested trying to install it offline. Same thing. I have no idea what to do.

Also I'll add that all of my other games work fine. I am playing NBA2k16 now with no problems and I just installed Assassin's Creed: Syndicate the other day and it works fine. Please Help. Fallout is my favorite series and I have waited too long for this installment to have to go through all of this stuff.
