Just got into Vault 81, used charisma to bypass giving away the cores. Talked to the overseer and now she, along with Security Officer Edwards are still outside the sliding door and refuse to open it. When I try it says inaccessible. So now I'm stuck, can't explore the vault. Has anyone else encountered this? If so was there a way to fix it?

Glad I'm not the only it's happening too. I went back to the vault a few hours late (real time) overseer and the security officer are gone but the door is still closed.

Same exact issues. On the Ps4, i found the vault on my own and entered using the charisma check. I have encountered an inaccessable door, and a door that can only be opened via a terminal. After my first visit the overseer disappeared, so there is noone to have dialogue with. Sigh!
