I have so far been unable to play Fallout 4. Every time I load the game it gets stuck on the start screen. It prompts me to press any button, which I try to do but nothing happens.

I've tried reinstalling the game, and I've tried a hard reset of the PS4.

Unless there is a mysterious 'any' button on my controller that I don't know about, then I'm stuck.

Anyone else having this issue, getting close to just demanding a refund, and taking the lesson on board.

I press the power button on the wall, that usually works.
