Hi guys, wondering if anyone can help me.

I was exploring around the north eastern part of the map by some sewers, when suddenly as I crouched, my weapon and character turned invisible (kind of like chameleon camo) and the lighting got really bright and weird. At first I though Oh cool it must be me stealthing when i crouch or something but nope, turns out when I look invisible, I can't scope properly in first person and when I bring up my pip boy, it's either invisible as well with hard to read screen or invisible to the point I can't read it.

This only happens when I crouch (glitches for 5 seconds ish, returns to normal then glitches again numerous times). When I stand up its fine.

I've seen on YouTube other people have this problem. Any help? I've tried reloading saves and restarting ps4 and so on but nothing works.

Also another weird glitch on my way to find recon team for brotherhood of steel mission, I was fighting ghouls then was randomly teleported 50m behind them, as they got close it happened again till I killed them. Not game breaking in anyway (the glitch I mentioned in my first post means I basically can't crouch / sneak anymore) but still weird.
