The city and many indoor areas have really noticeable frame rate dips.
Honestly I don't see how anyone could not notice it.

20-30fps is perfectly acceptable, maybe you didn't bother to install the patch as it sorted out all the issues for me so don't know what the complaining is about.
Also you forget the size and scale of a game this HUGE and you have to factor that in. It's not Halo 5 which is about the size of a toilet cubical.
Im on xbox one I have ran into framerate issues when inside buildings, when fighting 5 or more enemies and when inside and around diamond city...please Bethesda fix the framerate.
I don't want the graphics downgraded because you can't maintain your system properly.
As long as Bethesda makes the studdering to go away and fix the framerate without a graphics downgrade im all for that...but there is serious performance issues to iron out?
it only dropped a few times that were noticeable enough for me... and only briefly due to a lot going on.
sorry but i honestly and quite frankly DONT GIVE A RATS ASS ABOUT FRAMERATE.. i played games consistently at 15 before (back on my laptop) for years and honestly while yes 60+ feels smoother its hardly impossible to play below 30 or so...
Agreed with this guy, yes if you're used to a decent PC you can [censored] about frame rate but consoles aren't meant to be gaming rigs you can tweak! Get used to it. There is no 'bug fix' for FPS, that's like saying a tractor is bugged because it doesn't go as fast as a Ferrari.
This topic is in the wrong forum since it's not an 'issue'.
