On Xbox One, while in Concord, my first person view when missing. I could fire my weapon, but it wasn't visible. Going into the Pipboy only showed the menu options, but they were placed at the bottom part of the screen.

Going into 3rd person and returning fixed it, but just a head's up on the glitch.

I had a similar problem as well. When in the museum in Concord, I died after being ambushed by a Raider. When it reloaded me, my weapon was cradled in my arms (pointed off to the left side) and it would not fire. Going into the Pip Boy and switching weapons to something else and then back to the laser musket worked.

Just a heads up. Great game so far!
