Back at Sanctuary after completing my quest. Go to get out of my Power Armor, removes it from my Pip-Boy inventory, but it's still on my character (all except the helmet). Anyone else have this issue?

I am having the same exact issue. I've put the armor everywhere and its still on and shows no defense. I try to put on other armor and tells me can't be equipped with power armor on. I have it all in my dog along with the mini gun.

Did you take the armor off by exiting the armor or by un-equipping? Holding A will allow you to exit the armor.

you dont un-equip power armour. you physically have to get out of the thing like a vehicle dismount.

Game won't let me in having the same issue.... both ways tried to change equipment with pip boy app bc pip boy on game doesn't work so i have to use my smart phone. ...very discouraging

I got the power armor from one of the early quests, used it until the armor core was depleted, then had to abandon it in the woods somewhere south of Sanctuary and now I can't find it. Not sure if this is the same issue as you all are having. Are you saying the game is reporting its on your character but not actually? I guess I need to check my inventory and then do a grid search of the entire map, hahahahaha. Damn, I want my armor back.

Just curious, why doesn't your in game pip boy work?

Thanks for the info. After searching for a while, found out the "use the A button" to exit the suit. Survival guide is on order, definitely some stuff in game I want to read about.

Real curious about that too....had to abandon 12hr of gameplay ... you can far travel in power armor that depeted fusion core..... I'm not a newb ... just dealing with owning dat jitters. ... also please fix bottle cap glitch ....i don't want to cheat
