Pip Boy addition is a joke

OK so I guess I paid all of the extra money for a glorified phone case. It is very cheaply made and is quick to fall apart. When I opened it one of the cheap nobs was broke, one of the two lights (only functional features) was pushed into the pip boy and probably will remain stuck there and the cheap foam on the inside is already coming apart from the rest of it. One would say that it is at least still good for display. Well no the display stand is also a cheap piece of crap that showed up broke. Way to rip off your fans, I have seen better quality in McDonalds happy meal toys. Now days you can get an android for $30 and with all of the money you charged for the pip boy addition you send out this garbage. You could have made stand alone pip boys with the money you charged. Well fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I will never be buying your special additions ever again. Just the plain game for me for now on. I hope you enjoy that extra money you made from your pip boy scam.

Sincerely a disappointed customer

A note, the foam padding inside the Pip Boy is not attached in any way to the inside of the shell. It's MEANT to be removable for users with arms larger than the allowed space within the padded dimensions.

Can't address the rest of your complaints, as I found mine to be good (With the exception of being difficult to open the phone retention plate, which is slightly sticky.) Sorry.

I wasn't really asking for help with anything. I just wanted to tell Bethesda they went very cheap on the pip boy. It is a pile of flimsy plastic crap. If Bethesda wanted to fix that they would need to send me a pip boy that is not made of cheap materials and already broken.

It svcks you had a broken Piece. Mine arrived in good condition, the only criticism could be to have added space for a charging cable to be plugged in to the phone while in use. Or making it self contained functional, ie. not need a phone. But I am happy with it, it is meant to be a shelf piece.

I agree. Looking at how cheaply it was made all it is good for is a shelf piece. What irks me is it is not meant to be just a shelf piece, it is meant to be used. Sadly it is such a flimsy pile of crap that using it will result in more breakage. No I firmly stand with the opinion that they ripped off everyone that paid for the pip boy addition. An extra $60 for a sad piece of trash. I could have picked up a quality android for that money. You know...something with actual value.
