Here is a list of things I hope will be in Fallout 4.

Full Customization of our body like in ESO (example: shoulders, chest, bust size, etc).

A large section of Hair and Facial Hair, with the ability to change the length (In all that is Holy, give me my ponytails!)

Individual gear slots such as Hands, Chest, Legs, Feet, and head.

Changing the color of gear and improving gear's integrity.

A large amount of weapon modifications and a large array of weapons (Don't say PC mods, cause I'll be running this on console)

Re-spawning items located in the outside world after a certain amount of time has passed ingame.

Being able to continue to play and wander around the world after the main story is completed. (I swear I will riot if we are not able to)

What are you hoping to be in Fallout 4?

Turnbased combat mode (alongside the FPS stuff). Basically remodeled and repurposed VATS into something akin to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s3t_Qecnpac since the basics are pretty much already in place. That's what I want (among other things).

I wouldn't mind being able to ride on the back of a pack brahmin.

Crafting system for Armor and Weapons (you can combine 2 diffrent weapons and apparel) like a vault jumpsuit + metal armor = Metal vault jumpsuit.

Inproved combat and physics.

No bugs or glitches.

Badass weapons.

Maybe a car or 2.

And a good,logical story.

Oh yes and sprinting like in Skyrim with a stamina system.

I have a feeling they will have sprinting in it or making it a perk

I think I speak only for console users as pc users have mods but what I would like is something that I have asked for since oblivion, and is simply a tidier save system.At present all Beth games(elder scrolls/fallout)savefiles since oblivion(and maybe morrowind?)are in a big jumbled mess of a list, just have a separate folder for each character by flicking though the dpad(for example). I can't even remember the amount of times I have accidentally deleted/saved over files I wanted. Just annoys me such a simple improvement is never implemented.
