description- your a smooth criminal
1st level pay off- you can steal 50 caps items and under in plain sight
2nd level pay off- you can steal 200 caps items and under in plain sight and pick locks in plain sight
3rd level pay off- you can steal 1,000 caps items under in plain sight and now do thriller in public Srry MJ had to
