In fullscreen, on ultra, I can max out everything over 60fps. However, due to a bug I'm forced to go into windowed mode, but no matter what I do, the FPS will not go above 48 and something definitely looks wrong. Dropping all my settings to medium, borderless vs. not, all amount to 48fps gameplay. Any ideas?
