Mouse controls unusable.

Issues:

  • Massive discrepancy between horizontal and vertical sensitivity.
  • Massive reduction in sensitivity when aiming down sights, with no way to adjust it. I have to set my mouse speed so I either spin like a top when hip-firing, or have to fling my mouse across the pad when aiming with the sights.

I literally cannot play like this. It feels like playing drunk.

Also, it would be nice to have an option to toggle ADS. Holding down the right mouse interferes with aiming.

I don't know about the latter, but the discrepancy between horizontal and vertical sensitivity is easily solvable.

Go into your Fallout.ini file, and alter the line fMouseHeadingYScale. Set the value so it's 2x what fMouseHeadingXScale is.

... I know. Great game design when they make you dig around in the Ini files to fix things that shouldn't have been a problem to begin with <_<

This sort of thing bugs me, they really did the bare minimum for PC users this time around.

Thank you! That made things much better, but iron sights sensitivity is still insanely low.

This needs to be bumped again and again and again. The mouse is so much more sensitive horizontally than vertically, it's insane. They must be the same! Or least let people adjust them in the settings menu.
