Game is hardlocked at 18.4fps regardless of settings

I need help, I'm using a [email protected] and a R9 Fury 1070/570, I tried to uninstall driver, underlock GPU/CPU, disable XMP, defrag, restart computer yet the game still runs at 18.4fps with GPU ultilization always hovers around 25%.

Hey there!

I've had -exactly- the same. 18-19fps regardless of the settings.

Do you use AMD FreeSync? When I turned that off on my monitor my game immdiatly jumped to ~50fps on ultra.

Hope this works for you!

I also have this issue.

However, I don't have any AMD Harware, so the fix of Gorbulas would'nt help for me.

Regardless whether I set my graphics to very low or ultra, the performance keeps the same (something around 15 to 20 FPS).

It's really difficult to aim like this!

My specs:

i7-2600 3,7 GhZ

16 GB RAM

GeForce 970 GTX

Windows 7

Installed latest drivers from NVidia of course!

Just tried using windowed mode (borderless) and it worked wonders! :D

Are you using the MG279Q ?
I'm still trying tweak around the settings, and I suspected "bForceIgnoreSmoothness" is to be the problem at first, but it was not the case here. Fortunately I've found the issue here: iPresentInterval=0

Set it to 1 and I have 18 / 48 fps at 90hz ( freesync on ) / 144hz ( freesync off ). 18x5=90, 48x3=144 all at 1440p resolution. What's weird about this is the roundness of the multipliers, I'll keep digging around to find a way to have both freesync on and harlock fps off.

Are you using 144hz monitor? if so then the problem here is definitely vsync, we need an official settings for vsync and I'm still waiting for devs to response ( if they bother to do so ).
