Hey,

When I speak with NPCs, their voices are out of sync with their mouths by at least 1/2 second and sometimes more, it fixes itself after a while but keeps occurring. Doesn't seem to be occurring with the players dialogue as much but all the same it's very distracting. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Specs: 4790K, Titan X, 8GB RAM, G-SYNC Monitor, Game installed on SSD.

I don't think it is the entire set of game files so it should download pretty quick.

Ill try but the only changes it says is: "*Fixes crash related to xaudio drivers" and that doesnt seem to apply to my situation. Ill report back soon.

I can confirm. This happens at the very start of the game and in every conversation there after.

Well, so far, looks like the beta patch fixed the issue. Will play for a bit longer to confirm.

The problem has come back, the patch seems to help a bit but not resolve the issue
