Pipboy Edition (Pipboy came broken)

So I tried using the customer support email option when it first got here, apparently it's an automated response and not a real person (thanks pipboy guide for sending me there, much help)

The knob on the top right corner the one which "flips through the pages" was busted. $130 for a broken collectors item? Yeah, who do I get to yell at over this?

What do I file it under as? I did technical support, is this a Billing issue? Last time I did it it just gave me an automated response basically telling me to get lost.
