Anyone having the same problem?, as you may know the game is extremely buggy without that patch. At least a reply from a representative would be nice, but nope.

Noticed when you are in game/settings menu page, bottom right corner says v1.0.9.0.0

is this version the unpatched version or? I'm really confused. Playstation game info says v1.00

I just confirmed with a friend from UK who has updates/patches.
here is his game version:

ps4 game info - version 1.01/ in game build v1.1.21.0.0 (bottom right corner on in game settings menu)

Asian/Region 3 version:

ps4 game info - version 1.00/ in game build v1.0.9.0.0

come on please, is this problem on the developer side or Sony PSN region 3 server side?
