I've scrapped several hotplates and circuit boards and other items that should provide me with Circuitry scraps for building. But when I check for the item at the workshops... there is none. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this. It's really annoying since I can't build any defensive turrets or anything that basically needs circuitry......

You do not have to scrap them to be able to use the resources
