I sent Piper to Red Rocket and when I went looking for her, she had disappeared. I tried ringing the bell and looking all over (VATS, etc.)

Apparently I am not the only one who has had the issue so far on PS4, Xbox, and PC.

It svcks because I am trying to get the trophy for getting max relationship level and now I have to restart.
