So I read there was one but I didn't get it in the begging , can I still go back to the house ? If so which one is it?

It's basically directly across the road from the house with the workbench. It's the You're SPECIAL book which gives you a stat point of your choosing. Sorry, that's in Sanctuary.

The You're SPECIAL book that is on the changing table beside Sean's crib in the pre-war segment?
