Hi! I've joined the Brotherhood of Steel, I've been to the airship, I've been promoted to Knight, have been assigned a set o T-60 and have already liberated that Fort but I just can't seem to find a way to get a uniform. You'd think they'd give me that along with my power armor, but no. Which one, I really don't care. One of the sweaters would be nice. Anyone have any clue how to get one without stealing or killing?

Going roughly SE from Sanctuary, there is a National Guard Training Center with... issues. There is a deceased BoS member inside with a uniform. Go carefully, young skywalker....
