I was walking along the lake surrounding sanctuary hill and found some kind of water pump with a circuit breaker. I turned it off and when I followed the pipes it revealed a cash stash. Does anyone know if turning this pump off has any effect on the lake? It made a lot of noise when it was turned off, if it makes alot of noise it gotta do something right?

Just want to know so I'm not draining the lake or something

I am not sure if it has any actual function to the lake. The deal is, the cash stash at the top of the hill, when the pump was still on could not be opened. It said Vacuum Sealed. Turning off the pump switched the seal off. I am gonna assume no impact because the dude up there was dead, there was no clues to its function and you cannot turn it back on.
