The construction worked at first. Then the material would not lower to ground level so they could be planted. Cannot play any settlements because I can't build anything new.

Im havin the same problem. Ive put so much work in so far! Ugh I hope theres a fix

Its not a bug I fixed it. read the workbench section in the help menu
