2. You're asking for help getting the antenna working, correct?
3. Is there a quest asking you to do something in particular?

ok basically im in the castle the antena is working and the next quest is pointed at the antena tho ive tried every option it has like 18 power given to the antena now its on and working no doubt about that but my next objective is at the antena even tho there is nothing i can find

After getting 10 power to the antenna your next goal should be talking to Preston (IIRC), if this isn't the case you may have encountered a bug, try rewiring the antenna to ensure that you definitely have enough power to run it. Note that if you've wired into the existing power grid then you may need an extra generator to run everything.

You could also try flipping the generators off and on again to see if that triggers it.
