Why [censored] about the graphics? they look fine and im glad they arent working so hard to achieve perfect graphics. honestly i expected worse graphics and i would have been fine, but when i seen the lighting and the amount of detail in the world.....i lost it and got so excited! but honestly ive seen idiots say it looks like a ps2 game. then i think of gta 3 and im like "do you have half a brain cell left in your head?". anyways enough on that. im worried that theey might be focusing to much on what mainstream games are doing....hype it up and it be something they didnt work that hard on. want customization to be back, im fine with a voiced protagonist as long as it doesnt effect any major gameplay mechanics, hope it is in no way liner and i hope that it sticks to its roots! (with some changes for the better of course). idk what do you guys think?

I don't think people are really that disturbed by the graphics.. People are more anxious about how similar this game is to fallout 3 or fonv.

But there is also a lot more talk about other things.. I just did a quick look at it and it seems to be well balanced.. Look, let people complain about it. Maybe it will lead to something good, maybe it won't.. The thing is, everybody is gonna buy it in the end. Don't feel bad if Beth loses a sale because some dude said graphics are meh and then somebody read it and thought the game was no good.. Who cares?

I'm more concerned about the underlying engine. It would be pretty dang disgraceful in my opinion to still have ladders that are actually disguised loading screens, dust piles that bloat save file memory, and any of the other numerous, likely decade old issues of bethesda's gamebryo still running amok in 2015/2016.

there's a big chance that its a new engine entirely. thers plenty of things pointing towards it and ive watched a couple videos explaining why it may as well probably be a new one.

The engine is very obviously the same, you can even see animations directly copy-pasted from Fallout 3 in it.

unless they heavily modified the engine i doubt it. and even then if it is modified there would be alot of issues fixed with the modded engine. either way i can't see it as bad unless im wrong and they completely did not give a duck

I am not seeing many rants here about most of that. There are open discussions about many of those subjects however and you may feel free to join in them. Just leave our the "half a brain cell" and "idiots" parts because it's ok for someone not to like what they see and to express that here as long as they show respect for those who disagree.

I'm closing this one as it's fairly insulting to those who might not be happy with the graphics or a voiced protagonist. Thankfully we don't all dance to the beat of the same drum.
