I have a new character. He only uses his bow, magic, and hand to hand. He tries to avoid violence as much as possible, and refuses to steal. He's a very good-hearted, stealthy altmer. He appears blind, but I like to think he has a kind of magical sixth sense to help him get around. Picture is below:

These are the names I'm looking at, along with their meanings (gotten from an elven name site):

Verisar - peace seeker
Arizair - silver lightning
Baelthal - guardian healer
Aeron - keeper of order
Firron - dark walker
Thoron - truth walker
Veryn - peace bringer

Those all look like not only pretty good names, but have a relevant elven meaning. Nice!

I like Thoron.

If this helps I like, Veryn, Thoron and Verisar, But dislike Firron does not seem to fit the character role imo and Arizair..
Everytime I read the translation I shout out High ho silver lightning, other than me lol'ing on the floor its a decent name though.

To add one more the old celtic for elf I think? Sidhe.

I'm thinking maybe Thoron Arkeneadlues (mages of the bow). Though, looking at it, that's a bit long . . . I could do Thoron Orledlues (guild of the bow).

If you try out some variations, u may find new names that r cool, even though they have no meaning:

Baelthalon
Verynir
Thorveryn / Thorveron
Aeron-Thal / Thalaeron
Tiririca (this one I am kidding)

They sound good too (to me).

I'd say either Verisar or Veryn would be the most accurate, considering your description of him.

Being that he is blind, I naturally think Master Po. But he is an archer after all, not a shaolin master.

Out of your list, I think I like Thoron best. The name fits very well with the other ES names, and it has a good meaning.

For another alternative, think of Karan Sepredia, It is Ayleid for "Armor of Peace". http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Ehlnofex_Languages
