So, shadows always were a problem for Bethesda. We all remember how they cut them from final release of TES Oblivion and none of them existed until Skyrim release...
But i thought that for Fallout 4 they will solve all issues, but no We still have a vary rare placement for dynamic shadows in game.

Why? Why so intermittent placement of shadows?
There is a difference event between platforms:
Master Race PC:

Distant shadows are completely cut off on PS4 version. They will appear only if we come close. With that, distant lands looks very flat.
