So I'm at college and my college dorm isn't too console friendly when it comes to internet connectivity. I've tried Wi-fi (doesn't work because you need to log in with your student information every time you want to use the internet and the PS4 doesn't have the ability to jump to the web browser to do that). I've also tried LAN and that doesn't work either. (I've contacted our I.T. department and there isn't really much they can do). So what I'm wondering is if there is a way for me to download the update onto a thumb drive and then install it onto my PS4 in a similar way like you can do with the system updates?

You can't really do anything unfortunately. Next time you visit your parents' home, bring your PS4 with you and download the patch.

My question is why? They have updates listed for other games on their site, but they aren't listing Fallout 4 updates? How do you know they won't, given a little bit of time?
