I am on the end of the line quest and progress is blocked. I am enemies with the railroad but need to get into the HQ to complete the quest. I cannot push the button on the turn dial in the north church, i can rotate the dial but cannot input a selection. The back door to the HQ is also blocked. Any suggestions? playing on ps4.

Did you figure it out? I tried loading old saves and re installing game.. Still nothing
