issues, no support, no phone number, GG!

purchased fallout 4 yesterday. i bought a disc version. when the game installed and i went through the first portion to entering the fault. would freeze and game wouldnt advance after first entering the vault(stuck in a black screen). uninstalled then reinstalled and my saved games were apparently corrupted. after reinstalling again i was able to make it up to the part where you pick up the pipboy and would not be able to leave the white screen. went back to the store and traded the disc in to have the same issues. after reinstalling again and advancing to the point where i am leaving the vault, i am stuck in an endless loading screen where its just going through the vdsg catalogs.

update: restarted, got out of the vault to have everything bugged green,white,red,purple and unable to move or do anything, sounds are glitching out and i am unable to play.

so gg, thanks for the helpful support bethesda! maybe if you guys had a half intelligible customer support i wouldnt be so pissed. Oh but those 6-8 roaches i get to kill on each reset is great gameplay. very ambitious game i must say.

Hey at least you didnt have 18 hours of gameplay just "vanish" after doing what Support said to do. I just lost everything I worked my ass off for. I was level 19 and lost everything :(

The glitches on this game are just unexcceptable. Basically my game is unplayable to. I can't die and neither can some enemies.
Plus other glitches I constantly encounter. It's BS

bump. hey, whats bethesda doing right now? hopefully putting the development guys to work? not like theres a hundred posts or more on the xbox one forum alone saying their game is literally unplayable

there is nothing on the search for the issues i am having. emailed the support twice and got a generic answer to go through the faq. so does that mean wait a few weeks for a patch?

The fact that Gstaff actually responded reaffirms my belief that Bethesda DOES read the forums and gives a crap about it's players. My game was broken as well for quite awhile. Also Support did help me fix my game issues. Reinstalling and syncing fixed most of them right away.

help.bethesda.net is a joke, unless of course you're having trouble with the pip-boy app for your iPhone. I've tried everything to actually get support for this game and haven't heard a peep from Bethesda. I was level 20, lost every save, they're just corrupt for no reason, I got no reply from support (if it even exists) and now I'm trying to figure out how I get a refund for a downloaded game. I want my $89 back
