I'm on the Xbox One and for whatever reason the game will crash when I'm loading a save. It starts up fine, but i go to load a save it'll start to load and freeze up and crash. if there is a way to fix it please help.

I'm having the same basic issue - can't leave the bathroom after changing my appearance without crashing the game and Xbox, which restarts every time.
