I'm unable to complete the quest "Tradecraft." Deacon all of a sudden stopped moving once I entered the Department X and R&D compound where deacon is supposedly supposed to use the terminal to open the door in the room. However he just sits there without moving even if I try to enter dialogue with him. I've tried blowing him up a few times to see if that would get him moving as well as leaving and coming back but he still just sits in the same spot and doesn't move. I myself can't access the terminal and from what I've heard and read Deacon is the only character that can utilize the terminal.

Any thoughts on how to proceed?
