There is an issue for me that even after the memory den mission my vision still stays blury so i dont know how to get rid of it? Have i done something wrong ? Is it a bug and should i report it?

I have this same issue. Two requests on the bethesda 'help' site and a forum thread later, and still no fix!!!!

the memory den worked fine on my first character, did it first time with no problems, ive tried reloading to a save outside the memory den and upto an hour before but i get to the memory den and nothing, stops working

Are you playing on PC, PS4 or XB1?

PC at moment

anyone have any fix for this?

I am playing on XB1 and my friends are also having this problem on XB1
