The right 3/4ths of my health bar is covered in red. I can't heal beyond that point, which means if a gnat glares at me I die. How do I clear to full health?

It's because of radiation. Pop a RadAway and eat something.

What do if run out of rad away

If you somehow mng to run out of rad away you can always go to a city and pay a doctor to clear out radiation from you.

It says in the hint guide that radaway is craftable but I'm not sure how it works.

Cooked Mutant Hound meat is food and also removes radiation.

It is craftable from a Chemistry station. Then healing, Rad-Away, it will need 2 * Antiseptic, 3 * Glowing Fungus, 1 * Plastic, and 1 * Purified Water.

It is also possible to craft a Refreshing Beverage, which will heal you for 500, remove 1000 rads, and cures addictions.

You don′t. Ammo, stims, food and rad away- without them you are just another dead wastelander.

I found 1 antiseptic so far. I'm guessing it's like screws and adhesive as being hard to find. I think I have my screw problem handled with scrapper and I'm working on the farming to make adhesive but how do you handle antiseptic supplies?

you get it from abraxo cleaner, toothpaste, and turpentine. so just look around laundry/bathrooms for cleaner and toothpaste.. turpentine is found all over the place though.

You can also find alot of supplies for antiseptic exactly where you think you would find it.. in hospitals.

Look for Abraxo Cleaner, it will break down to 2 Antiseptics and is reasonably common.

Screws are in a lot of stuff that's put together. Duct tape is at least one source for adhesive. But their recycling system svckS!
