Apparently I'm suppose to receive a quest upon entering the vault which is underneath the school, I am not. Upon entering the vault I'm greeted with Gunners (If I recall) and the final Gunner which is a female, which is upstairs in some general store, isn't dropping the key card. I've gone back to old saves and still can't seem to receive the quest and now on my main save they female which is suppose to have the key card isn't there. I'm trying to receive the Bobble head achievement and this is preventing me from doing so.

This is happening to me as well. No quest is showing up no matter what I try. Kinda svcks because this is the only bobblehead I really want.

Same here. No quest starts and no key cards. I reloaded twice and still nothing. I'm hours past that point now but I went back to check again and now there aren't any bodies left anyway. Guess I'll have to try my luck and waste another 20 hours on a second play through just for the bobblehead trophy.

Same problem here. I just need that bobblehead for the Plat-Trophy! I hope it will be fixed soon. Dont want to play again from the beginnig, just to achieve that trophy because of that bug.

This is happening to me as well. Last bobblehead I need. We need to keep this thread active so bethesda notices it and sends a patch out

I had no problems, strange enough i got all the key cards and the bobble head strange.

For me the quest started when I went down the elevator. Not sure if it has anything to do with reading the administrator terminal on the first floor or not. .. but it's always good to read every terminal you come across as a lot of times it has pertinent info.

The first key card holder to the lab is in the Combat Simulation room on the top floor. Second key card holder is in the room with the bobblehead.

I am also having the same problem. This makes getting the bobblehead trophy impossible without starting a new character.

Please bethesda!! This is the only thing I need for the platinum trophy, quest will not trigger no matter how far I load backwards.
