So I got the Minutemen ending, but when I go to the Railroad to see what they're doing, my character and Des speak as if Glory is dead even though she's not? I also can't actually speak to Glory, she doesn't say anything back. PAM also asks me to wipe of the remnants of the Brotherhood even though the Brotherhood are fine in the Minutemen ending?

Does the game think I got a different ending than what I actually did or something?
